DX-230 compression spring coiling machine is consisted of wire feeding Y axis, cam X axis, and it is optional to have a third pitch Z axis. the machine's CNC controls every motion of each axis.

1. Taiwan controller and Japanese industrial servo motor, full digital drive, film type button, Chinese and English display, convenient operation.
2. Cams adopt grinding process, with better smoothness.
3. Computer automatically detect and decelerate servo motor when it is overheating.
4. Production rate can be increased or decreased at any time running the machine.
5. Probe deceleration ratio function adopted.
6. During the production process, capacity can be increased or decreased at any time, and the computer will be automatically    updated
